Teaching
The LAMEIN staff teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in the Universidad Nacional de Tucumán.
Undergraduate courses
Dictated during the 1st half of the 4th year of the Biomedical Engineering career of the Facultad de Ciencias Exactas y Tecnología of the UNT. Professor: Carmelo J. Felice, PhD.
Introducción a la Bioingeniería
Dictated during the 2nd half of the 4th year of the Biomedical Engineering career of the Facultad de Ciencias Exactas y Tecnología of the UNT. Professor: Estela Ruiz, PhD.
Graduate courses
Biosensors are analytical tools for the analysis of bio-material samples to gain an understanding of their bio-composition, structure and function by converting a biological response into an electrical signal. The aim of the course is to give an introduction of the main technologies used in the field of biosensors, from a theoretical and experimental approach. The students will be capable of design a glucose sensor, as a model for electrochemical biosensor.
- From 10/14/2014 to 11/03/2014.

Introduction to Evaluation of Biomaterials
Evaluation of biomaterials is a compulsory step during development of new biomaterial-based technologies. Therefore, in this course we offer a theoretical and experimental approach to different stages of biomaterials assessment, beginning with biomaterial technology design up to performing early phases of in vivo characterization.

This course presents actualized information about the state of the art of bioimpedance, offering a global overview of the latest developments in models, aplications and technologies associated to impedance spectrocospy of media and interfaces in biological and non-biological suspensions. In general, the course is designed from an interdisciplinary point of view, in particular, from the bioengineering point of view.
